Master of Science : Viticulture Enology & Wine Business

Deadline for applications is on 16th June 2017

This is an innovative, new graduate degree designed to combine advanced training in Viticulture, Enology and Wine Business, while simultaneously developing workplace skills highly valued by employers.

Students gain advanced knowledge of the genetics, physiology and biochemistry of grapevines; the chemistry, microbiology and sensory science of wines; the impact of the terroir on the wine quality and typicity; and a deep understanding of the latest trends in the wine business.

General information:


  • Students: 16 months (3 semesters)
  • Wine Professionals: choice of 1 to 5 courses (each single course can be individually taken)


Master of science: 5 courses + internship

Study Trip
Discovering the most famous French Wine Regions: Last week of each course (all expenses included in the tuition fees)

Application Procedure and Deadlines
To apply for the Master of Science of Viticulture Enology and Wine Business, the requirements are:

  • A Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Viticulture & Enology or related field
  • For non-native English speakers: a good English knowledge (TOEFL: minimum score of 80 with minimum score of 20 in speaking)


The application file (to be sent by email to must contain:

  • Pre-registration form
  • CV 
  • Motivation letter 
  • English certification 
  • Two last full years of academic transcripts + the current year if applicable


Admission Agenda

  • Deadline for applications is on 9th June 2017
  • Acceptance or denial will be communicated to the applicant by 1st March 2017 and/or within 3 weeks of application reception
  • The enrollment becomes effective at reception of the tuition fees (please inquire for payment instructions)
